Today I’m going to talk to you about sport, excitement, acceptance, and self-confidence. Because yes, sport is a powerful vehicle of pride, perseverance, and self-love. I am one of those people who deeply love sports. Always and for years. You may say that I am not at all legitimate to talk to you about learning to love sports. Well, I do not agree, on the contrary.

5 Tips To Love The Sport And Stick To It
I learned to stay motivated, I developed things to keep the desire to move, to excel. And today I want to share them so that you too discover a real passion for this practice.
1. Move for a really good reason
Ask questions to find a real motivation
To want to move the butt and stay motivated, it takes above all a real good reason. If you do this for your two weeks of vacation in the sea, I’m afraid you do not side over time … And that’s normal! Why would our brains sacrifice hours of torture and suffering for a few minutes of rhinestones and sequins in jersey ?! Personally I understand it …
It will then be necessary to ask you certain questions: why do I want to put myself to the sport? Is it just a desire to be like everyone else or a real need to feel better?
2. Find HER sport
Trying, balking, loving
To love the sport you must first love one – or – sport (s). I believe that it is not possible to enjoy all the sports . As you know, there are a lot of different and varied practices and each of them provides different sensations, benefits, and results.
So you will have to test, try again, love or not, a multitude of sports before finding yours. He will allow you to feel yourself and discover this love of effort if you use the features of mt-police. Let’s take an example, today it is especially fitness and bodybuilding that are in vogue. Between Instagram photos, reports of magazines “feminine” (I have a problem with this term, but pass) and programs or ebooks that flourish at all, we are invaded by these practices. Except that it may not be what you need. Just because you see a thousand pictures before/after does not mean that these sports are for you.
3. Anticipate and plan
To avoid slouching in his couch instead of going to his sports class, it is better not to let yourself be allowed, or at least in the beginning, because after you get hooked you 😉just have to have his stuff more or less ready, put away at a certain place so as not to waste time. When looking at his agenda, we see directly our sports days and we just draw his gear when we know that a good session awaits us during the day!
4. Listen to motivating content
For my part, I always listen to podcasts when I do a sport session. Most often they are programs on entrepreneurship (if you do not know, it’s a world that fascinates me and in which I know I will invest). It gives me a lot of motivation to hear people talk about their dreams, what they did, most of the time starting from scratch. It’s amazing what you can achieve with a good idea, tenacity and a dose of self-confidence!
5. Adapt your sessions according to your lifestyle
Of course, we are all different, our needs, our free time and our motives of motivation vary according to the time of the day, the month or the season. It is for example known that between October and December the sports halls are empty while in January (ah the good resolutions …) or at the approach of the summer, sports classes are stormed! But the time of year is not everything and other factors must be taken into account to get to know each other and stay motivated.
